Product Sheet & Specimen Label

Endosorb products are formulated with an improved attapulgite that adsorbs toxins and toxic materials present in the gut of animals with symptoms of diarrhea. The adsorbent action helps to relieve the irritation discomfort and cramping associated with diarrhea. If the diarrhea is caused by, or associated with a bacterial intestinal infection, then appropriate antibiotic therapy should be started as soon as possible.

Animals being treated with Endosorb should have access to fresh clear drinking water in liberal portions. Veterinarian practitioners report that most of the diarrhea cases they see are effectively treated with Endosorb. Endosorb provides a safe, low-cost treatment option for your practice and clients. Endosorb is distributed only through ethical veterinary suppliers for dispensing by licensed veterinarians.

TABLET: Designed to aid the veterinarian in supportive treatment of small animal intestinal disturbances.

BOLUS: For supportive treatment of intestinal disturbances affecting cattle, calves, horses and colts. Safe, nontoxic, no milk withdrawal.

SUSPENSION: Activated attapulgite in aqueous suspension flavored and sweetened for easier dosing. 12 x 4 ounce dispensing size.

  • Improved attapulgite formula provides greater absorbency for optimum absorption of enterobacterial endotoxins, enteroviruses and bacteria
  • Citrus pectin coats gastrointestinal tract protecting inflamed mucosa
  • Magnesium trisilicate and aluminum silicate act as a mild gastric sedative and antacid
  • Carob pulp forms a soothing mucilaginous film and adds bulk to the stool
  • Contains no antibiotic - you choose the best treatment for the condition

If the diarrhea is caused by or associated with a bacterial infection, appropriate antibiotic therapy should be started as soon as possible.

Animals treated with Endosorb should be given access to fresh drinking water in liberal portions.

If clinical signs persist after 2-3 days, diagnosis should be redetermined.
