At PRN Pharmacal, your satisfaction is our priority. When you are not satisfied with one of our products, we are not satisfied. Therefore, we provide a guarantee on our non-prescription products’ quality for your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason with one of our non-prescription products, let us know within 60 days of purchase so we can make it right.
That’s the PRN Pharmacal Promise.
How It Works
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a non-prescription PRN Pharmacal product purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product directly from the authorized seller which you purchased, in accordance with their return policy. Should the authorized seller’s return policy differ from the PRN Pharmacal Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”), then contact us following the process below.
To submit an online Guarantee request, please complete the form below. Please note that you will need to upload a picture of the PRN Pharmacal product(s) and receipt(s). You must submit your Guarantee request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase. Depending on the situation, you may be contacted for further information and/or to return the product directly to Pegasus Laboratories d.b.a. PRN Pharmacal.

Due to local and state pharmacy board regulations, the PRN Pharmacal Satisfaction Guarantee does not include PRN Pharmacal prescriptions products. However, if you need to make a medical inquiry or report an adverse event, please call 800-874-9764 or select Report an Adverse Event in the drop-down menu on our Contact Us web page.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the PRN Pharmacal Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet websites and unauthorized storefronts on online marketplace websites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
PRN Pharmacal reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase (receipt(s)), and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if consumer has abused PRN Pharmacal 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
