January 16, 2026 – Pensacola, FL – Cassidi Hoffman of Mountain Veterinary Hospital in Bellingham, WA, has been named the first winner of the PRN® Pharmacal Veterinary Technician Award. Considered an indispensable team member, Hoffman has been with the hospital for more than 12 years.
“Cassidi can wear all the hats,” said Practice Manager Amanda Eklund, who nominated her for this award. “She will answer phones, check clients in and out, clean kennels, see appointments, all while still performing her Tech duties. The clients absolutely love her, as do the patients.”
Hoffman is also committed to expanding her veterinary health skills. “She just finished training to become certified in animal rehabilitation so she could provide more care for pets in this area since there are only two other rehabbers in our county,” Eklund said.
