Ochoa Honored with PRN® Pharmacal Veterinary Technician Award

July 16, 2026 – Pensacola, FL – PRN® Pharmacal is proud to announce that Noel Ochoa, RVT, has been named a recipient of the PRN® Pharmacal Veterinary Technician Award. Noel is currently an Operations Manager with CityVet.

Ochoa is a hands-on leader who is always ready to step in wherever he is needed. Whether speaking directly with clients, assisting with blood draws, monitoring patients under anesthesia, or helping the team during periods of short staffing, he never hesitates to roll up his sleeves. Team members know they can rely on Noel to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support, no matter how busy or challenging the day becomes.

His commitment to advocacy is evident not only in the care he provides patients, but also in the way he champions his colleagues. One recent example highlights his balanced leadership. After a client became disrespectful toward a receptionist, Noel calmly and professionally addressed the situation. While acknowledging the client’s concerns, he also established clear expectations for respectful communication, reinforcing that kindness and professionalism are essential for everyone who enters the hospital. His approach protected his team while preserving a constructive relationship with the client, demonstrating both empathy and accountability.

Through his compassion, integrity, and servant leadership, Noel Ochoa has earned the admiration of his colleagues and the trust of clients.
