Focusing on a better partnership between customer service and distribution sales representatives, the site currently features six product-specific training modules, each ranging from three to five minutes in length. The site provides product knowledge to better understand the features and benefits of the PRN portfolio, and to better serve the veterinary community.
Distributor sales reps can earn points with the completion of each module, redeemable for useful rewards including coolers, branded apparel, backpacks, and more. Rewards can be claimed after completion of just two modules.
